Delete Your Account

Delete instantly from the app, or submit a manual request below if you no longer have access.

Before you request deletion

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. The following data will be erased:

  • Your account credentials and profile
  • All medication records and schedules
  • All meal logs and nutrition history
  • Health metrics (weight, blood pressure, etc.)
  • AI chat history and wellness scores
  • Community posts and comments
  • Lab reports and health report scans (including server-side structured values and the encrypted on-device backup)
  • Daily step data
  • Consent records
  • Workout history
  • Connected device access (Fitbit and Garmin tokens)

Note: Lab report AI analysis is encrypted on your device — the decryption key never leaves your Keychain, so even the server-side backup is unreadable without your device. Structured test values (individual results) are deleted from our servers as part of account deletion. Local copies are removed when you delete the app or clear app data.

Note: Gamification data (badges, coins, and streaks) is permanently deleted along with all other account data.

Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by Canadian tax law, even after account deletion. Your subscription will be cancelled at the end of the current billing period.

Delete from the app (immediate) Open Mediqrate → Profile tab → Privacy & Data → Delete My Account. Your account and all data are permanently deleted instantly — no waiting period.

Can't access the app?

Submit a manual request and we'll delete your account within 30 days.

⚠️ This action is irreversible. All your health data, progress, and account information will be permanently deleted. Active subscriptions will not be automatically refunded — cancel through your app store first.
