Delete Your Account

We'll permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.

Before you request deletion

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. The following data will be erased:

  • Your account credentials and profile
  • All medication records and schedules
  • All meal logs and nutrition history
  • Health metrics (weight, blood pressure, etc.)
  • AI chat history and wellness scores
  • Community posts and comments
  • Badges, coins, and activity streaks

Note: Lab report analyses are stored only on your device. Deleting your account does not automatically remove them — delete the app or clear app data to remove them from your device.

Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by Canadian tax law, even after account deletion. Your subscription will be cancelled at the end of the current billing period.

We will process your request and confirm by email within 30 days.

⚠️ This action is irreversible. All your health data, progress, and account information will be permanently deleted. Active subscriptions will not be automatically refunded — cancel through your app store first.
